1972-1984 Director of International Operations/MIS Director Served as Director of Eastern Region (U.S.) from 1972-74 and as Director of Western Region (U.S.) from 1974-75. Promoted to Director of U.S. Operations in 1975, accountable for all organizational activities encompassing 2,000 volunteers throughout the United States. Along with primary duties, served as Comptroller, responsible for creating and implementing the accounting system for three college campuses. Promoted to the position of Director of International Operations in 1979, responsible for overseeing the efforts of more than 10,000 participants in home-based fellowships world-wide. Traveled extensively throughout Europe, Russia, South America, Central America, Australia, New Zealand, and the Philippines.
